just watched Runaway Bride ... haven't seen it since it was on at the cinema!! such a cute film ... love it!! v. funny! love the scene where she tries to decide what type of eggs she prefers! so cute! and can totally relate ... not so much with the eggs, but with trying to figure out who she is. sometimes not so sure I have any idea either. not opinionated enough ... try too hard to just blend in with everyone else, rather than form own opinions, and that's not going to work. oh well, think I'm improving. LuLu posted something about this just recently ... v. interesting! anyway ... time for bed!! v. tired!! almost finished assignment ... hand's aching from all the cutting! looking good though. just got to glue tomorrow, then done. going now, before I lose all ability to form sentences! 'night!
so I just remembered a rather funny conversation I had yesterday with one of the boys I look after. he's going to see The Wizard of Oz with school sometime later this year, so I asked him if he likes musicals. his response - basically yeah, but only if Nikki Webster isn't in them ;). lol! had to laugh! that's 8 year old logic for you ... not bad huh? he continued to say that he doesn't know anyone who likes her ... none of his friends, nor any of his brother's friends ... I was actually starting to feel a little sorry for poor Nikki by the end of the conversation! still amusing though. anyway, not sure what made me think of that. going to watch a movie now ... bye!
the Starlight Express Room is so much fun! the kids are all so great! I'm loving it! so glad I got around to sending the application in again! although I think I'm getting addicted to the Harry Potter computer game!! when the room quietened down today, I jumped on one of the computers and started playing ... and it's really kind of fun =). and now I'm in a Harry Potter mood ... so I'm watching the dvd =). I can't wait for the next movie!!
anyway, I'm almost finished my assignment, so I should probably get back to it.
hmm, so I just watched the season finale of Gilmore Girls for the fourth time in less than a week ... that's a little disturbing! I'm starting to know the ep a little too well I think! but it's so good ;). arghh I can't wait for the next season! but I bet we won't get it until sometime next year ... that's so depressing! I need repeats! I've got an entire season and a half to catch up on ... all those brilliant eps that I'm yet to see! are there dvds yet? I doubt it. I'll have to check that out though. hmm there has to be a way! anyway, I better go! volunteering in the Starlight Express Room again ... so excited!! bye!!
